City officials maintain the policy is necessary to ensure employees’ integrity and protect the public’s trust, but the American Civil Liberties Union of Montana says they may be crossing the line.

If there was some crazy person wanting to use a job at the City of Bozeman as a “cover” to do bad things…do you think they would be intelligent enough to cover their tracks…or perhaps not post crazy shit on social networking sites?  This tactic just drives the “crazies” deeper underground…reducing the chances of family and friends picking up on peculiar behaviour.  The City of Bozeman has many less intrusive ways of screening applicants and employees at their disposal…this tactic borders on being a little “fucked up”.

 Municipal tax dollars being spent wisely?

Even the beer that the gentlemen will drink is well publicized…President Obama is going to drink a Bud Light…very American…  It looks like Sgt. Crowley will be having a Blue Moon…from Denver Colorado… Gates is going to have a Red Stripe Beer…the popular Jamaican beer import…and mostly likely another signal from Gates that he is “down” with “black”.

Some beer makers have started a little debate in the media as to why their “suds” should be preferred as the “conflict resolution cocktail”of choice…

“Yuengling is proud to be recognized as America’s Oldest Brewery,” a company spokesman told POLITICO. “Family owned and operated since 1829, we’ve been a part of conflict resolution for over 180 years!”

A rep for Sierra Nevada said: “We believe that we are the perfect fit for the matter at hand, and a great choice to represent and facilitate the resilience and understanding of the American people. Sierra Nevada [can] reinforce the idea that whether black or white, rich or poor, we are all first and foremost Americans. American citizens should support American beer.“

Personally…I think American beer is the wrong choice.  American beer contains lots of advertisements, free gifts inside cases to help sell the product, more rhetoric than substance and ultimately…hope for an “over hyped-product” that is watered down.

I do not think that Professor Gates’ choice of Red Stripe was a wise one…he should have picked a domestic American beer and I hope he gets ridiculed for his choice in the media.  Even if my personal opinion is true…when you drink beer at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue…you have to drink American Beer…unless you are a foreign dignitary and even then…

It seems Gates has been trying to spin the “clash of egos” into a racial issue since he was approached by the Cambridge Police more than a week ago.  Although most media outlets have been trying to be “politically correct” about the issue…some have come to the conclusion that if anything…the clash between Gates and Crowley was not racial.  I don’t think it was either…I do believe that Gates tried to spin it that way.

One last thing…a family member of mine triggered the alarm at their house.  The police came and asked for identification and asked the same types of questions Gates was asked (documented in the Cambridge Police report)…the family member…understanding the job the police needed to do helped the officers get the requested information to resolve the situation.  I am sure my family member would have been arrested if they started to holler at the officers and started “discussing” their “mothers”.

The woman operating the “basement strip parlor” was charged with maintaining a disorderly house and remains free on $1,300 bond.

Another idiot was arrested for storing marijuana in his mouth.  He has been released on a $3900 bond.

The individual who lived with the suspect told everyone that it was a “big misunderstanding” and that they were having a “celebration”.  What a great idea for a celebration theme…next party I have I am going to get the female guests  to strip and then get them to serve “Jello Shots” from their boobies…If anyone asks, “What the fuck is going on here?!?”…I will reply, “That it’s a fucking Georgian Basement Party.”

Police said the man then grabbed about $40 from a tip box, picked up the cash register containing nearly $300 and ran out.

The officers who arrested the suspect after a short chase had just come from reviewing surveillance footage at a nearby convenience store, where lottery tickets had been stolen a day earlier. By chance, the officers identified the man as the thief from the footage.

The man was being held on $21,000 bail for multiple charges.

In the show…the dog (“The Littlest Hobo”)…always saves someone during an episode…dragging people out of danger or ruining traps and stuff.  Maybe this dog saw an episode…or maybe he is “The Littlest Hobo”…

Wow…isn’t this story special.  With marriages being dissolved at a rate of around 50%…I am glad that young people are getting married after a few months of knowing each other to later boost or maintain that marriage statistic.  Does anyone find it a little weird that the guy proposed so early?  Isn’t that one of the signs of being abusive…trying to commit early in the relationship to trap the partner…before the “true colors” actually show?

If I was a gambling man…I would bet this marriage does not last longer than two years.  I am sure most of you would agree.

I like Washington…I don’t even find the tourists (like myself) that unmanageable…you just need patience.  There are families and tour groups…walking and riding around…”taking in” the beautiful scenery and learning about the history of the United States.  Normally polite…to the point where people stop and allow you to take an undisturbed picture. 

There was something that I did not like…

I found that in some of the museums…there were these “color coded” groups of misbehaving children and young teenagers organized by local “urban youth groups” and “churches”.  I would believe that the logic behind such groups is to provide disadvantaged youths the opportunity to experience some of the landmarks of historical and cultural significance.  This is great idea…if the “little shits” actually cared…or knew how to behave in a fucking museum…  Now to be fair…they were not all bad…there were a FEW well behaved groups.  If anyone else saw the groups of colored coded t-shirt groups floating around let me know what your observations were…

I figured I would give the following list of “bitches” about this on my blog…so here I go:

1. Only allow the youths interested in the trip to go on the trip…make them write a fucking essay on why they want to go…

2. There is no need for headphones in a museum…and there is no reason to bob your head while listening to your headphones like a fucking retard.  (This goes for the chaperones as well.)

3. Do not allow running or games of tag in a museum…this is just common fucking sense.

4. Do not lay on the floor near exhibits…if you need to sit down…find a fucking seat.

5. No sugary drinks…it causes them to want to do #3 and end at #4.

6. Use chaperones that are responsible…not chaperones that watch misbehaving kids with a blank fucking expression.

7. Do not allow “noisemakers”…like that little prick on the trolley that pretended like they didn’t do it…but I know they fucking did…  No worries though…the kid must have been 12 or 13…pretty fat already so she will most likely suffer from diabetes or some other “fat fuck ailment” as she reaches her 20’s.

8. There is no need to wrestle.

9. Scare the shit out of the youths so they act properly on the trip.

10. Use one of the many buses that carried the youths as a “prison bus” and send the misbehaving ones out there and guard them.  This will give them good practice for the “real thing”…

This is the first death in 15 years…interestingly enough…this is the 15 death since they started record keeping for the event in 1924.

It seems that the 27-year-old man was on vacation with his girlfriend and parents when he decided to try his luck with “the running…” The last fatal goring happened to a vacationing American who was 22-years-old…  What a decision to make during a happy vacation in the Spanish sun…
